A visit to your site, counted the way your analytics platform counts one. The number you already have is the number you need.

We’ll let you know as you approach your monthly session allowance. If you exceed it, your tracking and dashboard access will continue while we review the appropriate plan with you. Depending on the size or frequency of the overage, you may need to upgrade. We won’t automatically upgrade your plan or charge an undisclosed overage fee.

No. Every published tier includes the same core attribution features. Pricing changes only with monthly session volume.

Yes. Every trial includes a setup call. More involved onboarding is available as an optional service.

Yes. Weekly or monthly performance reporting is available separately and can be added or removed as needed.

Dava’s pricing is aligned to monthly sessions (a “session” is a person visiting your site). All plans receive the same features. If your monthly sessions exceed five million, we provide a custom enterprise quote. See our pricing page for more details.

Your usage is measured in your current billing period. If traffic exceeds your allowance:

  • Tracking continues: visits and events are still recorded.
  • Some account actions are restricted: adding domains or mappings, publishing domain configuration.

Upgrading tiers restores those actions immediately.

You’ll receive a warning as you approach your limit. We won’t automatically upgrade your plan or charge an undisclosed overage fee.

Known bots and scanners are automatically filtered from reporting, and therefore excluded from your monthly session limit. In addition, any visits you manually exclude will also be omitted from your counted usage.

Customers retain rights in their data and should export before access ends. After account cancellation, you won’t be able to access your data. Reactivation can only recover data that is still retained.
